I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room and still shrink. To smile and say “no problem” when everything inside
you is screaming otherwise. To watch less-qualified people get the raise, the title, the respect - because they were louder.

 

I built Experience Coaching because I refused to accept that this is just “how it is” for ambitious women.
It’s not. And I’m here to prove it.


Meet LaQuincia Nichols

LaQuincia Nichols is a certified life coach with over 20 years of leadership and operational experience at global corporations.

She has spent two decades in rooms where the stakes were high and the pressure was higher - and she watched brilliant women repeatedly shrink themselves to fit expectations that
were never built for them.

 

Quincie noticed a recurring pattern: talented professionals who were uncertain about their career direction, unclear on what success meant beyond a job title, and quietly going through the motions instead of leading from the front.

 

So she did something about it.

 

She founded Experience Coaching to give ambitious women the tools, language, and real-world practice they need to lead boldly, communicate clearly, and get paid what they’re actually worth.

 

When she’s not coaching, Quincie enjoys learning the latest dance moves, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
